Objective To investigate the effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on human tumor cells. Methods We detected the effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on the proliferation of K562 cells by MTT method, and detected the rate of apoptosis by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL technique.
