Objective To investigate the role TopoⅡα、GST-π、P-gp played in multidrug resistance of the epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Methods The expression of TopoⅡα、GST-π、P-gp in 80 cases of ovarian carcinoma, 20 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 20 cases of normal control were determined by SP immunohistochemical technique.
