Abstract
Objective To study the effect of 9-cis-retinoic acid (9-cis-RA) on the expression of both CD44 and CD54 in lung cancer cells. Methods 9-cis-RA (1umol/L) was used to treat lung cancer cells; Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the positive marked rate of both CD44 and CD54 of three groups including blank control, DMSO control and 9-cis-RA groups.
