  • Objective To assess the anti-tumor efficacy and safety of high-dose-folinic acid plus 5-fluorouracil bolus and continuous infusion 48 hours combined with carboplatin in treating advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 33 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were treated with high-dose-folinic acid plus 5-fluorouracil bolus and continuous infusion 48 hours combined with carboplatin.
