Objective To research the tumor cell apoptosis with flow cytometry for rabbit VX2 liver implanted tumor in earlier period after Lp-THACE and THAI. Methods 27 New Zealand white rabbits were implanted VX2 tumor at left middle lobe of the liver,were divided into three groups which treated by transhepatic artery catheterrizeation:Group A(n=9),Lp-THACE; Group B(n=9),THAI; Group C(n=9) as control.At 24h,72h,and 120h, three rabbits in each group were executed respectively.
