A Study of Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Retinoblastoma

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase -2 in retinoblastoma and the mechanism of COX-2 s selective inhibitor,NS -398,on HXO -RB_ 44 . Methods The expression of COX-2 in RB tissues of 37 cases was analyzed by using LSAB immunohistochemical method.
