Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil Leucovorin in Treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and toxicity of Oxaliplatin plus 5-fluorouracil, Leucovorin in treatment of Advanced Gastrointestinal Carcinoma. Methods 64 pathologically proved cases of gastrointestinal carcinoma were treated with intravenous infusion of Oxaliplatin 130mg/m² on the first day, and 5-fluorouracil 300mg/m² +Leucovorin 200mg d_ 1-5 repeated every 3 weeks, and the clinical response was assessed after three cycle.
