Objective The experiment studies the effect of cisplatin on telomerase activity and cell cycle and apoptosis in NPC CNE-2Z cell line and its mechanism of apoptotic induction. Methods The cell form,telomerase activity,cell cycle and apoptosis in CNE-2Z cell line untreated or treated with cisplatin were determined by microscope,TRAP-ELISA and flow cytometry(FCM) at the same time.
