Color Doppler Ultrasound Observation Effect of t he Resection Esophagus Carcinoma and Cervical Anastomisis on the Heart Funtion

Objective　In order to explore the effect on the hea r t funitions after the resection esophagus carcinoma and cervical anastomisis. Methods 　The 62patients with esophagus carcinoma w ithout cardiovascular diseases colour doppler ultrasonic on left ventricular str ode,diastolic and ventricular ejection funtion,before and after the operatio n. Results 　During follow up,The main index include FS,EPSS,SV,CO, EF,E/A have some altered postoperatively,but all improved as time went on. Conclusion 　The results suggest that the operation have some effect o n the heart funtion,it may improve the perioperative period safety and access th e long-term life gualities,colour doppler ultrasonic observation on the heart funtions postoperatively.
