Expression and significance of TGFβ_1 and its receptor I、II in human breast cancer

Objective To study the expression of TGFβ 1 and its receptor I?II(TβR-Ⅰ?TβR-Ⅱ)and their effect on human breast cancer. Methods Using LDP method, TGFβ 1 and TβR-Ⅰ?TβR-Ⅱexpression in 62 cases with breast cancer, 15 with normal breast, 26 with hyperplasic and 33 with benign tumors was examined.
