The Expression and Significance of Survivin and Cyclin b1 in Human Glioma

Objective To explore the expression of survivin gene in human gliomas and the relationship between its expression and cyclin b1. Methods Expression of survivin and cyclin b1 were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining in 41 glioma tissues and 10 normal brain tissues.
