The Effects of Nimesulide on Cell Proliferation and on Induce Apoptosis in Human Carcinoma of the Esophagus Cells

Objective To characterize the effects and its mechanisms of Nimesulide in inducing growth inhibition and apoptosis in human carcinoma of the esophagus cell lines. Methods Using MTT method,flow cytometry (FCM),electron microscopy and immunohistochemisty,the effects of Nimesulide on the Eca-109 of proliferation and its mechanism were assayed.
