Experimental Study on Inhibiting Angiogenesis in Mice S180 Sarcoma by Coix Lacryma-Jobi Injection

Objective To investigate the effect of inhibiting angiogenesis by coix lacryma-jobi. Methods The tumor inhibitory rate and the vascular density were tested in animal tumor model with experimental treatment. The expression of VEGF and bFGF were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results Coix lacryma-jobi has inhibitory effect on S180 sarcoma and the vascular density of S180 sarcoma were lower than the control group.
