Objective To investigate the significance of Fas?FasL and bcl 2 in human colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of Fas?FasL and bcl 2 protein were detected by immunohistochemical method in paraffin sections of 15 cases of colorectal adenomas? 40 cases of colorectal carcinomas and 15 cases of normal colorectal mucous.
