Objective To examine the difference of mRNA expression in H22 and EAC strains and their cloned cells. Methods The probes labeled by biotin were used in situ hybridization to detect the expression of 6 kinds of mRNA. Results 4 kinds of mRNAs were found to be exist in H22 cells,3 and 1 kinds of mRNAs in H2D8 and H2G4 cloned cells, respectively; 4 kinds of mRNAs were found to be exist in EAC cells, 2 kinds of mRNAs in E2G8 cloned cell; No mRNA in E2C6 cloned cell.
