Ki-ras Gene Expression in Endometrial Polyp and Endometrial Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To discuss the relationship between Ki-ras gene activation. and the progression of endometrial carcinoma and the relation between endometrial polyp and endometrial carcinoma. Methods we determine the Ki-ras protein and Ki-ras exonl mutaion in endometrial carcinomas and benign endometriums by immunohistochemistry.
