The Antitumor Activity of Shark Cartilage Preparationis Associated with Apoptosis

Objective To study the biological behavior changes and its mechanism of shark cartilage preparation(SCP) on human gastric cancer cells(MGC80 3). Methods Using experiment in vitro,we added SCP of different concentrations into the medium in which the cells were cultured.The apoptosis was detected by fluorescent light microscope,transmission electron microscope and gel electrophoresis.
