The Clinical Study of Operation-Primary-Multi-Therapy on Lung Cancer with Pleural Effusion

Objective To explore the treatment method on lung cancer with pleural effusion.Method The multi therapy of operation,thermotherapy and chemotherapy were used to treat 62 cases of Lung cancer with pleural effusion.During operation the pleura was immersed in the hypoisotnic solution of Cisplatin(1μg/ml)for 30 to 45 minutes at 43℃ to 45℃.Then Mitomycin and 5-Floxuridine were retained in the thoracic cavity a period of chemotherapy were applied one month after operation.
