Study on Telomerase Activity in Exfoliated Cells from Humoral Specimens and its Significance

Objective To study telomerase activity of exfoliated cells in humoral specimens from patients with malignant neoplasms. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-Enzyme linked immunosorbented assay (PCR-ELISA)was applied to detect telomerase activity in pleural effusion,ascites,urine from patients with malignant neoplasms.
