Objective To study the relationship of CD44V6 and PCNA expression with tumor thrombus forming in human hepatocellular carcinima (HCC). Methods 30 cases of HCC with corresponding noncancerous tissues,6 cases of normal liver tissues were stained with CD44V6 and PCNA by immunohistochemical method.Semiquantitation of CD44V6 and PCNA were studied and analyzed with clinico-pathological features of HCC.
