Relationship between bFGF expression and cellular proliferation in human glioma

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in human glioma. Methods The expression levels of bFGF and PCNA in 35 cases of human glioma and 7 cases of normal brain tissue specimen were detected by immunohistochemical technique.
