Expression of survivin Protein and Its Relationship with Expression of p53 Protein in Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinical pathological features of the NSCLC(non-small cell lung carcinoma). Methods The expression of survivin,p53 protein was detected in 80 cases of NSCLC tissues and 20 cases of normal lung tissue by immunohistochemical Streptavidin-Peroxidase (SP) method.
