Abstract

Objective To discuss the relationship between IDPC and BPH and that between IDPC and prostate adenocarcinoma, and the diagnosis and inentification of IDPC. Methods 32 cases of IDPC were found in post-operation samples, by means of open operation, a diagnosis rate of 2% (8/409) ; the diagnosis rate of IDPC rose to 7.2% (24/311) by means of transurethral route galvano-prostatotomy.
