Pathology and Immunohistochemical Study of Mucous Malignant Melanoma

Objective To study the clinical pathological characteristic of mucous malignant melanoma and the significance of immunohistochemistry to the diagnostic and differentiate of mucous malignant. Methods Study the clinical and pathological data of 62 cases mucous malignant melanoma,and detect its immunohistochemial(SABC or S-P method) characteristic. Results Among the 62 cases mucous malignant melanoma,the common sympton is local mass,hemorrhage and local block.and 26 cases accompany with local lympho node swell. Conclusion It is difficult to the diagnosis of part of malignant melanoma from pathology,We must resort immunohistochemical method to diagnosis and differentiate.
