Homozygous deletions of DMBT1 gene in primary lung tumors

Objective To study the relationship between the homozygous deletions of DMBT1 gene and clinicopathology in primary lung tumors. Methods Homozygous deletions of DMBT1 gene were detected with PCR method in 37 cases of primary lung tumors. Results Nine of 37cases were found with intragenic homozygous deletions of DMBT1.
