The influence of aggressiveness and surgical operation of colorectal carcinomas on serum E-cadherin level

Objective By analyzing serum E cadherin (E Cad) concentration in 28 cases of colorectal carcinoma,we are to detect the activity of E Cad on the aggressiveness and metastasis of human colorectal cancer.
