Objective To observe the effect of TRAIL protein on the growth of human prostate cancer cells and illustrate its mechanisms. Methods The growth inhibition rates of human prostate cancer cell line PC 3M by various concentration TRAIL protein were studied by MTT method,cell apoptosis of PC 3M cells was observed by SP immunohistochemical method.
