Effects of antisense oligonucleotides of BRCA1 gene on human osteosarcoma cells

Objective To evaluate the effects of antisense oligonucleotides of BRCA1 gene in human osteosarcoma cells SOSP 9607. Methods The SOSP 9607 cell line was cultured, then the effects of the antisense oligonucleotieds of BRCA1 gene in the cell was observed by clone formatting, cell growth line, and cell cycle.
