  • Objective To discuss the relationship between K ras gene activation and MTS1/p16 gene mutation/deletion and the progression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods We determine the K ras protein and p16 protein in endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrium by immunohistochemistry, and determine the deletion of extronl of MTS1/p16 gene in endometrial carcinoma.
