Significance of Expression of Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase and Microvessel Density in Astrocytoma

Objective To investigate the expression of eNOS and measured MVD in brain astrocytoma, the correlation between eNOS and MVD and whether they are different with the grade of astrocytoma. Methods Tissues of brain astrocytoma were obtained from 65 patiants, 8 samples normal brain tissue were used as normal controls.
