  • Objective To identify the action mechanism of teniposide on gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823. Methods The suppressive rate of cell growth of teniposide was examined by MTT assay, the development of cell cycle and apoptosis induced by teniposide was examined by flow cytometry. Results MTT assay showed that various concentration of VM-26 could effetely inhibit the growth cell; according to the results of flow cytometry, some typical sub diploid peaks were observed,the distribution of cell cycle phase change...
