An Analysis of Flap Neosis Postoperation of Breast Cancer—20 Cases Report

Objective To analyse the reasons of flap necrosis postoperation of breast cancer. Methods Such clinical characters as the clinical phases,the operative patterns,the sites of tumor of 20 cases breast cancers were compared who had been carried out operation and who had a piece of or several pieces of necrotic flap.The reasons of flap necrosis were detected. Results and conclusion Flap necrosis postoperation of breast cancer had no relation with those three kinds of clinical character,but correlated with the surgical operation,treatment postoperation and some accompanying diseases of the case.
