The Significance of sICAM-1 Detection in Serum from Patients with Epithelium Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective To find out the significance of sICAM in serum from patients with epithelium ovarian carcinoma. Methods Examined the concentration of serum intercellular adhesion molecular 1 (sICAM 1) by means of ELISA. Results The average concentration of sICAM 1 in epithelium ovarian carcinma was much higher than benign tumor and normal control ( P < 0.001 ).
