  • Objective To find out the significance of sICAM in serum from patients with epithelium ovarian carcinoma. Methods Examined the concentration of serum intercellular adhesion molecular 1 (sICAM 1) by means of ELISA. Results The average concentration of sICAM 1 in epithelium ovarian carcinma was much higher than benign tumor and normal control ( P < 0.001 ).
