Abstract
Objective Research the effect of co-gene therapy of human wild type p53 and p21 genes on hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Construct the eucaryon vector co-expressing human wild type p53 and p21 genes. The vector with wild type p53 and p21 genes was introduced into cancer cells through methods of calcium phosphate-DNA co-deposition.
