Serum LN、CoIV change and clinical significance in patients with lung cancer undergone chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the changes of serum LN, CoIV Level in patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy and its clinical implication. Methods The level of serum LN,CoIV were measured by RIA in 30 cases of lung cancer before and after chemotherapy, as compared with 20 cases of normal control subject.
