Abstract

Abstract

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant lymploma of the thyroid(PMLT). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 cases with PMLT who diagnosed and treated between 1990 and 2000. Results All the cases were non-Hodgkin lymphomas,in which 5 cases combined with Hashimoto s thyroiditis. 1 case was confirmed through fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB), the other 5 cases were confirmed by resection rbiopsy.
