Objective To investigate the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) immunohistochemical expression in patients with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) using tissue microarray technique. Methods 303 NSCLC specimens were constructed into tissue microarray and stained with monoclonal antibodies against EGFR.
