    Abstract
  • Objective To investigate the effects of gastrin and its receptor antagonist on primarily cultured gastric cancer cells, and to research the possibility of non cytotoxic endocrinous treatment for stomach cancer. Methods We observed the vitality and cycle distribution of gastric cancer cells under gastrin and proglumide in 34 cases, by MTT colorimetric assay and flow cytometric analysis.
