A Study on Dose Level of Carboplatin Combined Chemotherapy in Treatment of Elder Non small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective Preliminarily to determine whether it was appropriate for elder patients with non small cell lung cancer to be treated by carboplatin at AUC=5 mg/ml·min level during combined chemotherapy. Methods 33 cases of elder patients with non small cell lung cancer in advanced stage had received 73 cycles combination chemotherapy. Chemotherapy schemes included Taxol+CBP,Gemzar+CBP and NVB+CBP.
