Objective To explore the expression of Pten and p16 in intraductal papilloma(IDP) and ductal carcinoma of breast and to further evaluate the biological features of intraductal papilloma of breast. Methods Paraffin-embedded specimens from 23 patients with IDP and 29 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma were included in this study.
