    Abstract
  • Objective To explore the significance of detecting gastric cancer associated MG antigen of serum in diagnosis of digestive system malignant tumors. Methods Immunoal PCR method. Results The positive rate of MG Antigen of malignant tumor carcinoma group(72.7%) is significantly different with that of the postoperative malignant carcinoma group (11.1%) (P<0.01). Conclusion The positive of this MG antigen is closely related with the existence of the tumours.The MG antigen may use as one of the important evidences for follow-up survey of the patients whose malignant tumors have been removed,and as an useful indication in diagnosis of gastric cancers in early stage.
