The significance of the expression of Ki67 antigen in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of Ki67 in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and study its relation to the biological behavior and prognosis of NPC. Methods 56 cases of biopsy specimens of NPC were collected and immunostained with Ki67 monoclonal antibody by means of the streptavidin peroxidase method.
