ER Level at the Prognosis of Young Breast Cancer

  • Objective To study ER (Estrogen Receptor) level for the influence of prognosis of young female breast cancer patients and evaluation and guidance post operation therapy. Methods Depending on their ER Level.They are divided into two groups from 78 cases of the young female breast cancer patients.Using Kaplan-Meier method to evaluate diseases free survival (DFS) rate frame date of operation. Results There were 30 cases patients ER(一),and 48 cases patients ER(+) of two group The medium follow up time of the ER(+) and ER(-) group was 95.0 and 65.3 months,respectively.The instance of recurrence and metastasis was 27.1%(13/48) in ER(+) group and 53.30%(16/30) ER(-) group (P<0.05). Conclusion ER Level is a most important reference factor in prognosis of Young breast patients.
