    Abstract
  • Objective To probe into the main cause and charcteristics of disease with stump stomach after radical gasteretomy for carcinoma of stomach. Methods An Analgsis of Endoscopy of 40 cases after radicaloperation for carcinoma of stomach. Results Recurrence of the cancer is 20%,inflammation of stump stomach 20%,Esophagitis Reflux 13%,Anastomotic suture 17%,Stump stomach 20%.Suture Line in Anastomotiostoma 20%.Sutue Line in Anastomo stoma 5%,stomal narrow 7%,stomal ulcer 10%,Residual Cancers 8%.The relationship between Recurrene of the cancer the bilie reflux,bloodseream deterrent of cocalized operation and types of gastric surgical procedure,the depth of cancer invasion,metastasis to the regional lymph nodes.and Residual cancers were annlyzed. Conclusion In case that hed undergone surgery for cancer.diagnosis of recurrence is extremely important there-fore,It is necessary to be very observant by endoscopy.
