Clinical Observation of Taxotere in Combination with 5-Fluorouracil,Leucovorin and Oxaliplatin for Hepatic Metastasis of Gastric Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of taxotere in Combination with 5-Fluorouracil、Leucovorin and Oxaliplatin regimen for patients with a hepatic metastasis of Gastric Cancer. Methods Taxotere 50 mg/ m2 iv d1, continuous, 5-FU 750 mg/(m2·d) continuous infusion 48 h d1～2, CF 200 mg iv d1～3, Oxaliplatin 100 mg/m2d1, repeated every 2 weeks.
