Effect of Arsenic Trioxide on Related Factors of Angiogenesis in K562/A02 Cells

Objective To investigate the effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the expression of VEGF and the activity of MMP-2 and 9 in K562/A02 cells. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the inhibition ratio of K562/A02 cell. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the level of VEGF.
