Application of Artificial Intelligence in Pathological Diagnosis

  • In the context of "big data", artificial intelligence based on deep learning has been increasingly influencing the diagnostic mode of pathology. The application of artificial intelligence in clinical diagnosis, especially in diagnosis of pathology, has offered the opportunity for precision medicine. This paper reviews the progress in the application of artificial intelligence in pathological diagnosis in respect of cytological screening, histopathologic diagnosis, immunophenotypic prediction and prognosis based on genetic typing.
