NVB and THP Combination Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Breast Cancer

Objective To evaluate the combined chemotherapy efficacy and toxicity of NVB and THP on advanced breast cancer. Methods All the 31 patients were treated with NT regimen NVB 25mg/M2 iv for Day 1 and 8;THP 45mg/m2 iv for Day 1. Results Complete response was 3 cases,Partial response 16 cases,the overall response rate was 61.3%. Side reactions were mainly myelosuppression and phlebitis. Conclusion The NT regimen is a better chemotherapy regimen for advanced breast cancer.
