Atrial Fibrllation of Malignancy Patients and Treatments

Objective To study the clinical feature and treatmants in malignancy patients with atriul fibrillation. Methods The malignancy patients were examined by cardiogram survey uninterruptedly,selected Anti-irrhythmia drugs by vein injection,to stop accessing. Results The atrial fibrillation probability is 45.5% among the malignacy patients over 60years old.Digitalis.Propa fenone and amiodarone were selected to transform atrial fibrillation into sinus rhythm.Success rate is 71.5%. Conclusion s Atrial fibrillation accounts for high proportion among the old malignancy patients,and the atrial fibrillation patients with rapid response were common.The transition probability in the group was higher and safety.
