Significance of cyclinD_2 and p27~(kipl) Expressed in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclinD 2 and p27 kipl in carcinogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma. Methods cyclinD 2 and p27 kipl were detected by S P immunohistochemical method in 120 cases of gastric carcinoma, 20 cases of dysplastic gastric mucosa and 30 cases of normal gastric mucosa.
